Miners Alley Theatre for Young Audiences (MATYA) is bringing giant-sized fun to families this winter with the premiere of Paul Bunyan Tales, opening February 7, 2026 and running Saturday mornings through March 28, 2026 in historic downtown Golden.
This brand-new production retells the legendary American folk stories of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox with music, laughter, and MATYA’s signature heart-forward storytelling. Families can expect lively characters, Midwest tall-tale humor, dazzling performances, and an introduction to classic folklore that keeps even the youngest audience members engaged.
